Abstract: The essay mainly introduced the problem of racial discrimination of blacks in Invisible Man. It discussed the presentation of discrimination in the novel and the self-identification before illustrating the identification of black people. I would like to take the nameless heroin’ speechless black identities as the centre in seek of the process of visibility. The essay made a deep and thorough study of the core problem of discrimination.
