At present, with progress in science and technology and socio-economic development,mankind has entered a knowledge-based global economy. Talent will be the important factors in the development of success and failure of the Western region. The talents in the Western region of the demand will also increase. It is the key how to brain drain and how to train qualified personnel in the western region. Along with the unceasing development of Western region,it will need many high-quality talents. Also, the talents in Western region will confront tremendous challenge and chances. The paper appeals and encourages the majority of contemporary western university graduates to display their talent as a favorable venue actively and join the building of the western region.
