Abstract
It becames more and more reastic between the goal of the Citys’ beauty and the pursuit of the street pedlars’life, that the Citys’managers always beat the street pedlars even beaten them to death. The way of the Citys’ managers enforcing the law invade people’s life and property, lower the prestige of the Government,affect the social stability and the safity of our Country. This research would want to discuss the in-depth cause of the street pedlars,in order to form a new better way about how to managing the street pedlars for our Citys’ managers,that’s servicial Government.
This research is consisted of five parts,the first part is preface,this part describe the main condition of the street pedlars and the existed problems of the Citys’managing,and then put forward the line of thinking,the way of research and the meaning of this research. The second part describe the cause of the street pedlarss,and describe the possitive and passitive social influence of the street pedlars.The third part is the introspect about the exist Citys’managing.The fourth part is about how to form a rationalize city managing system.the fifth part is about how the view and conclution of this research, and pointing out the insufficient of this research.
