Dristribution is an importment operation linking directly with consumers in a logistics system,which is a process of logistics nodes serving on the consignee. Dristribution takes account for considerable proportion in variable costs in logistics. The planning of vehicle routing in distribution willhave signifcant effect on the efficiency,cost and benefit.Hence,vehicle routing problem(VRP), has become focus of many scholars to study.Logistics vehicle routing problem means: under the conditions of a given transport, how select vehicles, how organize cycle transport, to make the least mileage and the lowest cost of transport. At present, the majority of logistics enterprises in our country are in the circumstances that the distribution of transport resources is uneven, the arrangement for distribution route is unreasonable, and the waste of capacity resources is serious. The lack of the optimization vehicle routing programs is one of the important factors causing this situation. Therefore, the research on logistics vehicle routing problem has important practical significance.
This research studys the vehicle routing problem through tabular method, a mathematic model is built,obtaines the minimum cost of logistics,solves the delivery problem of logistics company and provides an effective way for distribution management of logistics company.
