With the develop of modern logistics, business process of road transport logistics companies in our country need to be rebuild, establish and strengthen the relationship with customers by use of a variety of related technologies and management tools to process the better logistics services for customers and improve market competitiveness. This paper based on many research results about BPR, analyse the present situation of the road transport logistics companies, do a detailed research of Wen Zhou YUANDA logistics Co., Ltd especially , and made some suggestion and plans about the company’s business process reengineering.
