Manufacturing enterprises is the core of the development of national economic.The automotive industry as the most important of it,has become one of the mainstay enterprises in the national economic in the half a century.After joining the WTO,the market competition situation changed a lot.The automotive electronic is gradually becoming the key factor in the automotive industry.The electronic technology will be more important than the machine technology in the area of automotive technology in the future.
It's said that in the 2012,the scale of the automotive electronic market will be 320 billions. To be confronted with such a huge market,the competition is already the supply chain's competition.How to adjust the competition,how to improve the performance of the supply chain though the creative and how to make a more useful supply chain is a problem that every enterprise is considering.
The paper is researching the inventory problem in the electronic from the point of supply chain.And take the AOTA,which is the subsidiary company of ALPINE,as the example to focus on the strategy of VMI and introduce the current situation of inventory and new demands.And at the same time,it will provide new solutions as the point of the supplier.
