Abstract
The word Logistics is from the military science with the original Intention means military logistics, which can be date to Classic Age. And today, Management Science has it as a management strategy, used in the enterprise management.
In 2000, Digital China made a long-term strategy, which coordinated three arrows shot at once-in-hand of Network infrastructure, software integration and equipment supply chain management. Besides, Digital China also divided the original cause of this part into three transitions. The first is the network infrastructure services. The second is application-centric IT services. And the third is a customer-focused supply chain services, which is mainly based on e-commerce platform, and delivery form a supplier to the end user's full range of services in every link chain. Digital China's distribution has two goals, one is professional, the other one is large-scale. Specialization makes optimization, doing better than others, and then makes a higher customer satisfaction. It is mainly manifested in that agent shopping is convenient or not, picking speed, accuracy is good enough or not. So it always says that specialization is the key core competence of improving distribution enterprises. And scale is able to depend on a lower operating cost, achieve price advantages, reducing the costs effectively.
