ABSTRACT
Currently small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China competition, but the logistics associated with the production process is occurring object Space and time on mobile, it is a dynamic production system, a form of expression is a key factor in the decision level of productivity. Small and medium manufacturing enterprises to make a difference, we must apply the advanced management methods to strengthen management and improve production efficiency of logistics operations, reduce production costs. So this paper production of selected small and medium manufacturing enterprises logistics system for the study of small and medium manufacturing production logistics system were analyzed. First introduced the current situation of SMEs in the manufacturing and logistics problems. Secondly, the proposed system planning, design and construction of information systems, finally a polyethylene Plastic Manufacturing enterprises as an example, examined how the production bottleneck Yue Shu Si Xiang applied to the business logistics of the production logistics system is fully optimized, but also the establishment of the Xin layout of the production site to reduce logistics costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The results show that the proposed new layout optimization to improve the logistics of the program design is effective.
