Human Resources Management Problems and Solutions of Zhejiang Jinxin Group
Abstract:With the development of social, the corporation competition sum up to the talent competition. Human resource management department plays a more important role in enterprises. Today, market competition is increasing intense, and in order to develop, cultivate a group of high-quality talents is critical. But, effects by tradition culture, most of our enterprises present misunderstanding in human resources management, which seriously constraining enterprises’ development. Zhejiang Jinxin group as a multiple private enterprise has many problems in HR management. This text will introduce the essential concept of HR manage, analyze the general problems, meanwhile, put forward corresponding countermeasures to drive HR management’s develop.
