Civil servant is a occupation that most of people envy it.But according to the social survey shows that civil servants also easy to generate job burnout,which brings out negative effects on civil servants themselves and the community.The study uses Maslash three dimensional theory as research modle and use MBI-GS scale as measuring tool.Based on 120 samples from government in Anji,Zhejing,the study aims to reveal the situation about civil servants’ job burnout.Analyzing the reasons of civil servants’ occupational burnout from many aspects and put forward counter measures from three aspects.The results indicate that:(1)the situation about civil servants’ job burnout in Anji is moderate. (2)demographical variables such as gender,work age,sex and marriage status cannot predict job burnout efficiently.(3)The antecedent variables include(work overload,lack of independence,lack of organizational suppot,insufficient reward,complication about relationship among people.Therefore it needs to scientifically intervene the civil servants’ occupational burnout through overcoming the limitation of the government organizations, setting up the civil servants’ career planning and importing the EAP assistance.
