Abstract: It is that the complex designs to originally design, located in JinYun country. The total construction area of about 3934 ㎡ and bottom covers about 768 ㎡, the total high is 22.8 m, is a multi-storey building. the earthquake intensity is six degrees to set up defences, the forth grade antidetonation, Structural safety grade two and the design life span of 50 years. Design not consider seismic calculations. The program used cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the main load-bearing structure of the two-way framework. Conducting load calculation and after estimating beam, select a framework for load calculations, using layered calculated forces, later analysis the most unfavorable load portfolio ,through D value derived wind load, and then cross-section beams framework for the design. And select some floor panels, continuous beams, staircases, rain shelter valleys and gutters, the pile foundation design. This basic form is pile, the stair is the stair of cast-in-place modes in Chinese operatic music of armored concrete . The whole conceptual design accords with the design and structure demand basically, have certain creativity and rationality.
