摘 要: 本设计是办公楼设计,位于杭州。总建筑面积约为2344.56㎡,底层占地面积约为460.34㎡,总高为19.4m,属多层建筑。地震设防烈度为六度,抗震等级为四级;建筑结构安全等级二级,设计使用年限为50年。本方案采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,主体结构为双向承重框架。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后,选取六号框架进行计算,用分层法算出内力,并对最不利荷载组合进行分析,通过D值法求出风荷载,进而进行框架梁柱截面设计。并选取部分楼面板、连续梁、楼梯、桩基础等进行设计。本方案基础形式采用桩基础,楼梯为钢筋混凝土现浇板式楼梯。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的创造性和合理性。

Abstract: It is that the office building designs to originally design, located in Hangzhou. The total construction area of about 2344.56 ㎡ and bottom covers about 460.34 ㎡, the total high is 19.4 m, is a multi-storey building. the earthquake intensity is six degrees to set up defences, the forth grade antidetonation, Structural safety grade two and the design life span of 50 years. The program used cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the main load-bearing structure of the two-way framework. Conducting load calculation and after estimating beam, select the 6th framework for load calculations, using layered calculated forces, later analysis the most unfavorable load portfolio ,through D value derived wind load, and then cross-section beams framework for the design. And select some floor panels, continuous beams, staircases, the pile foundation and so on to design. This basic form is pile, the stair is the stair of cast-in-place modes in Chinese operatic music of armored concrete . The whole conceptual design accords with the design and structure demand basically, have certain creativity and rationality.
