Use electrochemical mothed to treat pig manure sewage
Abstract: This article uses the GB11914-89 stipulation the determination of the chemical oxygen demand of water(K2Cr2O7 mothed) to test COD level ; Studies the affection of carrying on the electrolysis to the sewage with two ferroelectricity and the affection of different voltage, different current density, different time, adds FeSO4 and electrolysis agitation, and draws the conclusion: With the current density is 16.25mA/cm2,t=4h,r=200r/min, the effort of the electrochemical treatment is in the best way, COD reduction is about 60.1%,the color turns from filemot to none, along with the current density increased to a maximum current density 16.25 mA/cm2 pH value of the sewage reach at extreme value 10.27 before declining. While the addition of FeSO4 reached 0.104g/ml, COD reduction is 55.8%.The color turns from filemot to none. Just the opposite, with FeSO4 increase, pH value continuely falling which lets the sewage shows acid. Therefore, the mixing of the electrolysis treatment is more advantageous.
