The study of chlorophyll zinc sodium salt in Silk sandy
Abstract: Using silk sandy preparation chlorophyll zinc sodium salt by microwave pretreatment technology and toxicity solvents alternative technologies (acetone extraction agents) ,through the orthogonal experiment to study the effect 0f microwave radiation extraction time, stretching temperature, the liquid-solid ratio, acetone - ethanol proportion on porphyrin class zinc sodium salt preparation, to define the optimum technology conditions and test the results of product. The results show that the optimal experimental conditions were: extraction time of 60min, water bath temperature of 60 ℃, liquid ratio 1:7, acetone - ethanol 1:2, saponification pH = 11, acid pH = 2, into a salt pH = 11, zinc Generation time 1.5 h, 10% chloride content 4ml, product yield was 1.84%.
