Abstract: This paper discusses a variety of effective current cobalt and nickel separation method. Using electrodialysis and EDTA complex technology we achieve separation of the mixed metal ions system, and achieve separation of the mixed solution of the system of cobalt, nickel. In the separation of conditions, different molar ratio of Ni and EDTA, flow of complexing room, ampere density, total concentration of CoCl2·6H2O and NiCl2·6H2O, molar ratio of CoCl2·6H2O and NiCl2·6H2O were selected to study their impact on the rate of the impact of ionic separation. The experimental results: the molar ratio of Ni and EDTA 1:1, the flow of complexing room 70L/h, ampere density 20.0 mA/cm2, total concentration of CoCl2·6H2O and NiCl2·6H2O 16.2080 g/L and molar ratio of CoCl2·6H2O and NiCl2·6H2O 1.2:1 are considered the best condition.
