 摘要
 乙醛是石油、化工的中间产品。其生产方法是有乙炔法、乙醇法、饱和直链烃氧化法和乙烯直接氧化法。乙烯直接氧化制乙醛的工艺路线又有一步和两步法。这里重点叙述乙烯直接氧化一步法制乙醛的生产工艺。其生产工艺主要由氧化、蒸馏、精馏工序组成。
 本设计主要采用乙烯一步氧化制乙醛，使其达到设计出一套年产8万吨乙醛装置目的。该设计首先叙述了选择的工艺流程（包括反应、再生、精馏三个工段），其次在给定年产量的条件下，对各个工段进行物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型计算，从而对塔、换热器、泵等设备的结构及设计条件进行确定。

Abstract
 Acetaldehyde is intermediate products of the petroleum and chemical. Their production methods are the acetylene method, ethanol, straight-chain saturated hydrocarbon oxidation and direct oxidation of ethylene. Direct Oxidation of Ethylene to Acetaldehyde process line and two-step and step. Here the focus of direct oxidation of ethylene by step description of the legal system of the production process of acetaldehyde. Its production process by oxidation, distillation, distillation process component.
     The design of the main step in the use of ethylene oxidation of acetaldehyde to reach the designed annual production capacity of 80,000 tons a device the purpose of acetaldehyde. First of all, described the design process of choice (including the response to regeneration, the three distillation section), followed in a given production conditions, for each section for material balance, heat balance, equipment selection, the so towers, heat exchangers, pumps and other equipment in terms of structure and design to determine.
