Abstract
In modern society, compensation is of importance to not only healthy development of nation’s economy and stable advancement of society but also stand or fall of an enterprise, it plays a vital role in enterprise management. Non-state owned enterprises follow with interest the issue on compensation, but they have only a one-sided view about it so that there are a good many problems on compensation.
Salary management is the determinative factor for DONG HENG current of materials company distribution enterprises to keep firm in the intensive competition. Pay system is a human resources management, and even the entire enterprise management one of the core content, involves not only the economics of the business accounting and effective, but with the staff closely related to the vital interests. Modern enterprises are paid not only has some simple and traditional functions, but have been given a brand-new content : if the pay incentives and competitive, while staff salaries have become the increase in the value of human capital embodied in the specific manner. Pay has been with the enterprise management development and human resources development strategies closely linked and has infiltrated into every business a link. This paper focuses on the problem of DONG HENG current of materials company statement, new issues, fair incentive mechanism in physical distribution enterprises. Meanwhile, improving methods concerning salary management and its significance are proposed in this essay.
