Abstract
Compensation Management(CM for short), which is one of cores of HR Management and Business Management, is not only referring to the economic accounting and the benefit of a company, but also bound up closely with the vital interest of the staffs. The most important thing of CM is how to establish an impartial, open and equitable salary system scientifically and reasonably, according to the staffs' different contribution to the company. The staffs' enthusiasm and go-aheadism can be raised by a good salary system, which urges the employees to work hark and increase the company's benefit. Also, a good and competitive team can be attracted and reserved by a proper salary system in nowadays competitive environment for the person with ability.
At first, we will summarize the background and significance of CM research and expatiate on the modern theories of CM.
Secondly, we will analyze the present CM of Yutang Furniture Ltd according to its rudimental working situation, present CM, the external competition analyze of CM and so on.
Thirdly, we will point out the direction and make strategies for the future reform of CM according to the present analysis of the company's CM.
At last, we will evaluate the prospective effect to the employees and company culture of the company after the reform of CM.
