Abstract
Haier Group is a large national enterprise of super grade developed from the Qingdao Refrigerator Parent Factory which founded based on the introduction of the manufacturing technology of the Germany Libor Haier Refrigerator in 1984.Under the guidance of the “Brand Strategy” idea brought forward by the CEO of Haier,Zhang Rui Min,Haier rounded into the top of the Chinese Household appliances rapidly from a collective factory to the bad of 1.47 million yuan through the exploitation of technology,fine management,capital handlization and internationalization.Moreover,Haier’s strategy of exploiting human resources also provided necessary power for the development of it.However,the human resources exploiting strategy of Haier suffers oppugn of some experts which reseaches this topic.Thus in this dissertation,I will analyse the advantages and brought by the Haier’s human resource exploiting strategy,and give some suggestions about the amelioration of the strategy.
In the first part,I will generalize the background and content of the Haier human resources exploiting strategy.
In the second part,I will tell the advantages and disadvantages of the human resource exploiting strategy after analycis of it.
Finally,I will give some suggestions aiming at the disadvantages of the strategy.
