当前我国劳动就业形势分析及对策探讨
摘要：就业是民生之本、安国之策。它不仅关系到人民生活水平的提高，也关系到我国改革发展稳定的大局和国家的长治久安。我国的就业形势一直不容乐观，就业矛盾突出，为此国家采取了一系列积极的政策和措施。虽然目前我国在劳动就业方面取得了一定的成绩，但就业形势依然严峻。2010—2020年是我国全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会的重要时期，也是经济改革进一步深化、经济结构调整力度进一步加大的重要阶段，各种因素的影响将会使我国就业压力持续存在。因此，在未来一段时间内，促进劳动就业进一步发展是我国保持经济和社会持续健康发展的重要任务。劳动就业问题已成为我国学术界研究的重要课题。
The current our country employment situation analysis and countermeasure discussion
Abstract: the employment is vital to people's livelihood， on sale. It not only relates to the improvement of people's living standard， also relates to the overall situation of China's reform， development and stability and national long-term stability. China's employment situation is not optimistic， employment contradiction is prominent， this country has adopted a series of positive policies and measures. Although at present our country labor employment has made some achievements，but the employment situation is still grim. 2010-2020 is our country comprehensive construction well-off society and the important period of building a harmonious society， and also further deepen the economic reform， the crucial stage of economic structural adjustment efforts to further increase， the influence of various factors will make our country employment pressures persist. As a result， a period of time in the future， to promote further development of labor obtain employment is the important task to keep sustainable and healthy development of economy and society. Labor obtain employment problem has become an important topic of academic research in China.
