摘    要

      数字城市是当今城市信息化建设的发展趋势。在信息科学支撑下，数字城市系统得到了迅速发展，己经在城市的各个管理部门中获得一定程度的应用。我国的数字城市建设已经从理念上的探讨，逐步走向具体的实践和应用，但从实际情况看，数字城市的建设发展总体上仍处于探索和实践阶段，认识还有待于深化，经验还有待于积累，方法还有待于提高。
数字城市建设目标是以数字化来推动城市的信息化，实现与数字地球接轨。数字城市建设不仅能带动城市信息产业和信息经济的发展，还能够实现城市发展与国际接轨，从而提高城市在国际上的综合竞争力。
本文首先阐述了数字城市概念和框架，并对国内外数字城市建设进行对比分析。在此基础上，介绍了数字城市建设的各个内容和数字城市建设的关键技术。  与此同时，设计赣州市数字城市信息系统，对系统的相关数据及数据库的开发及运用做了阐述和分析。最后以赣州市为研究对象，建立了赣州市数字城市信息系统平台模型。

ABSTRACT

      Digital City is the trends with the development of city information technology. In support of information science, Digital City system develops fast, and has been applicated in a certain extent in the city's various departments. Chinese urban construction figures from the concept into practice step by step toward specific and application of the actual situation, however, the number of urban construction and development on the whole is still in the stage of exploration and practice, which have yet to be deepening understanding, experience has yet to be accumulation, methods have yet to be improved.
The purpose of Digital City building is to promote digital cities in information technology, to achieve convergence with the Digital Earth. Digital City building will not only promote the information industry and information city's economic development, urban development can be achieved with international standards, thereby enhancing the international city's comprehensive competitiveness.
This paper described the Digital City concept and framework, and analysised the number of urban construction at home and abroad. Based on this, the paper introduced digit city construction's each content and the digit urban construction's key technologies. At the same time, the paper designs the Ganzhou digit city information system, and has made the elaboration and the analysis to system's correlation data and the database development and the utilization. Finally the paper take Ganzhou as the object of study, has established platform model of the Ganzhou digit city information system.
