The Design of The College Office Supplies Management System
Abstract: With years of experience in office automation and Internet technologies, the implementation of office supplies in the campus management automation early maturing。And in the college are getting bigger, its administration office supplies are becoming increasingly complex. However, the office of college materials management or the use of traditional management model, the college office supplies management, heavy workload, monotonous tedious job content, so the college office management need the automation of information management, scientific and systematic.
To solve the above problems, this paper discusses the Institute of office supplies management system design and implementation of object-oriented Delphi development tool for the front to SQLserver as the background database. Useing to guide software engineering,and according to the different stages of software life cycle,complicated the development of the system.there are The main function of the paper : office supplies out of storage of information inquiries, filing; office supplies information on the query, add, modify, delete; user information query, change, in addition to information for the administrator to add, modify, delete and permissions the design system and so on. Aim is to achieve scientific, automation, systematic and standardized information management, and further effective solution within the college to the mainly manual, complex and cumbersome management of office supplies. This system already has a practical function.
