Abstract
CRM is a kind of new management mechanism that aiming to improve a relation of the business enterprise and customer, and raise customer's loyalty and satisfactions. With the development of global economic and information technique revolution, the technology of CRM is developed rapidly, and many commercial software system and platform of CRM appear.
Customer Management System is a typical management information system, aiming at managing personal and others' information by computer, realizing the paperless management. Through the inquiry analysis, this system can count each data. Through the formidable inquiry function ,it can retrieve data effectively, and enhance working efficiency.
Under the environment,the author designed and realized a CRM system for medium and tiny trading enterprises. After analysis, we decided to use Microsoft Access as the background database to design the customer management system, and use Microsoft Visual Basic development tools, object-oriented development tools which is provided by Visual Basic. Particularly, ADO can connect to the database, and develop products, which can control this Convenient and simple manipulation of the intelligence database objects.
