The Design and Implementation of Salary Management System
Abstract
Salary management of enterprise plays important role in enterprise management. It becomes more and more complex for increasing personnel. Salary management is involved with both the labor resource management and financial management. It is influenced with affair management, attendance and medical insurance. Each employee’s salary comprises base pay, allowance, medical insurance, insurance premium and real pay. Capital as the major element for the existence of enterprise, its current can effect the whole movement of an enterprise. Salary management system is a classic Management Information System (MIS). This system is implemented with ASP and Access database. This system greatly improves the work efficiency, saves labor and material resources, and fits the needs of the requirement for financial management. Meanwhile, it becomes the symbol of modern enterprise management.
