Abstract:As the 21st century the coming of information society, the computer in the People's Daily in work and life deeply, especially China's accession to the WTO trade organization, demand more and more, we use to English.However, let the busy daily work a lot of people are not enough time to recite words. For this reason appeared on market various translation software, such as jinshan fast translation, Orient express, etc. But these software can only direct translation of sentences, and cannot enter on one of the word list translation.This paper based on this reason developed a paragraph filter brand-newly type English words batch speed search software. This software using VC powerful programming function as the entire program programming language, the application of the rich function as the WIN32API application programming interface program SQLlite database, the strong function of similar text as the program's daemons, thus can easily make filtering type English words batch SuZha systems, so as to realize the real-time localization in English.This software through the user through keyboard input needed inquires, the English word, then click ok in word library search in Chinese meaning of this word, and its meaning in Chinese displayed.
