Abstract:In an increasingly competitive market today,the competition which between the enterprises,has been in nature into the talent competition,more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of talent.If the enterprise can’t recruit the appropriate emplovees,that their goals also can’t achieve.In recruitment practices,how to select suitable talents in the number of applicants for your enterprise,has become the primary problems in the human resources management.Recruitment as the first part of human resource acquisition,is especially important in the enterprise human resources management.Recruitment but also is an extremely hard work,to attract the appropriate talent,means that companies get the motivation and source of sustainable development.However it will brings a series of difficulties to the enterprise’s the follow-up human resources managementonce if once can’t recruit the appropriate talent,also cause a great influence on the development of enterprises.This article is written about in a preliminary analyses aimad at the common problems in recruitment,and puts forward relevant countermeasures on how to carry out the recruitment work effectively.
