ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, tariff barrier and non-tariff trade barriers are being cancelled progressively in international trade. Technical barriers to trade (TBT) is utilized widely more and more, which is gradually becoming the major measure and senior form of trade protectionism implemented by the developed countries. Zhejiang Province is not only one of the typical province who suffered in restriction by TBT.
In this paper, on the basis of people's predecessors, and with the latest research development, to conduct further research into and finishing about TBT at home and abroad. The paper taked Zhejiang Provincal costume exports as the main object, according to it encountered technical barriers to trade, finishing their relevant statistical information and analysis and identify its causes, technical analysis of the impact of trade barriers. At last, according to the academic and quantitative research, the paper provides some advice to tackle the TBT .
