5、结论
(1)由于叶轮与蜗壳的动静耦合作用,蜗壳内存在明显的压力脉动,说明压力不是表面上的那样一成不变的;
(2)在设计工况时,压力脉动强度小于非设计工况,其中隔舌附近的脉动强度最大;
(3)压水室内脉动峰值主要出现在及其谐波处,叶轮出口监测点脉动有高频成分,蜗壳出监测点没有高频成分。
(4)叶轮受到的径向力具有脉动性,小流量时最明显,设计流量时径向力达到最小值但不为零;小流量时,合力的方向大约与隔舌成90º,指向小流道方向,大流量时,合力方向大约与隔舌成90º ,指向大流道方向。
