Design Of The Automatic Compensation Side Clearance Engine Rotor’s Oil Pump
Abstract
The design of end clearance self-compensating oil pump is newly developed
one based on the analysis of application and study of pumps from home and abroad
and on comparison with other newly developed models. The design concept starts
from the flow of oil pump, take in the Modularization Theory to structure the
components of oil pumps, do the checking calculation of corresponding parameter
like strength, stiffness, stability, finally to finish the whole designing of the end
clearance self-compensating oil pump and to reach the goal of the subject. The
designing endows the models with self-compensating functions of end clearance
which was a problem that cannot be ignored. Such design improves the efficiency of
the oil pump fundamentally, what's more, it solves the problem of the dying down
flows in the long run and advances the volumetric efficiency. As for the production, it
enhances the service time as well as raises the stability while for producer, it cuts
down the costs and increase the efficiency.
