地方师范院校师范生的培养途径探析——以历史专业为例
 
 摘要
 地方师范院校作为教师教育的重要组成部分，有着自己的优势和特点，在办学历史、办学条件、师资力量、教育经费来源等方面与部属、省属重点师范大学有较大的不同，因此，其师范生培养途径也应该不同。而目前，新课改及6所部属师范大学师范生免费教育政策的实施，使得地方师范院校面临前所未有的竞争压力，如何培养出“厚基础、高素质、多才能”的师范毕业生成为地方师范院校需要迫切解决的问题之一。本文通过以历史专业为切入点，分析地方师范院校在师范生培养上存在的主要问题，尝试根据地方师范院校的实际对师范生的培养途径做一探讨。

On the Training of Normal Students of Local Normal Universities

 Abstract
 Local Normal University as an important part of Teacher Education has its own advantages and characteristics, in school history, school conditions, teachers, education and other funding sources with the Ministry, provincial Normal University, have a greater focus on different, the normal students should also be cultured in different ways. At present, the new curriculum and 6 Normal Students Ministry policy of free education, making the local normal universities face unprecedented competitive pressures, and how to develop a "thick foundation, high-quality, multi-can" graduate teacher Health needs of the local teacher training institutions to solve pressing problems. In this paper, as the breakthrough point in the history of professional , analysis of the main problems of the local teacher training institutions in the normal students, try to explore ways of teacher-training of students in accordance with the actual of the local teacher training institutions .
