Abstract
Li Gang, who was notable subjects in Southern Song Dynasty.Because resisted Jin Dynasty strongly, usually suffered relegates. He was banished to Qiongzhou in period of JianYan . Through Presently textual research, between the period of went to Qiongzhou ,he passed by Guilin, Lipu, Xiangzhou , Guigang, Yulin,which all were counties of Guangxi in1129. The winter, just happened to meet in the same year returns, he passed by Luchuan Guangxi, Rong County, Teng County, directed to Cangwu to the North. As soon as comes to go, although acting in a hurry, he saw many landscape,customs and personal of Guangxi were very different from his hometown in Fujian and the state.He got many feelings,so his mentality of different ups and downs.He had the grief and indignation.Not only the wandered about destitute of old age,and great aspiration which difficult to fulfill, but also the life feeling consoled of “knows the destiny, and to make personnel aware of heaven”. He still well understood the current situation and the livelihood of public affairs of Guangxi. Meanwhile ,Li Gang had a wide range of Friendship with the officials of Guangxi,such as Wu Min, Wang Jing, Yu Zudao, Wang Ciweng and so on, exchanged extremely numerous poems. Finally, due to visit the habitats and the impact of people friendship, Li Gang’s views on Guangxi had changed and adjustmented . On issues of incured catching Cao Cheng, defending the imperial Yao thief, reseting the ownership of Quanzhou, he would have adopted some positive policy basing on Guangxi after returned royal court.These policies promoted effectively the historical development of the Song Dynasty in Guangxi.
