摘 要
 近年来, 受煤炭市场影响,锅炉燃煤品质下降,锅炉受热面高温腐蚀现象较为普遍, 特别是亚临界、贫煤锅炉水冷壁管的高温腐蚀问题日益突出,部分电厂已造成多次水冷壁爆管,每次检修须更换大量因腐蚀超标的水冷壁管道,造成极大的人力、物力浪费,严重威胁电厂的安全经济运行, 是导致电厂非计划停运的一个重要因素。
 本文结合华能辛店电厂#5炉水冷壁因高温腐蚀造成爆管,通过对水冷壁壁面气氛等试验得出的数据结论,分析了水冷壁高温腐蚀的原因,并提出预防措施。电厂结合机组检修,按照预防高温腐蚀的措施要求,通过一系列的综合治理,锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀现象得到明显改观。对燃煤电厂目前入炉煤煤质严重偏离设计值,含硫量偏高的实际情况,预防亚临界贫煤锅炉水冷壁区域高温腐蚀具有一定的借鉴意义。

Title: Power plant boiler high temperature corrosion cause analysis and Prevention

Abstract
 In recent years, the coal market, coal quality, heating surface of boiler high temperature corrosion phenomenon is relatively common, especially in subcritical, lean coal boiler water wall high temperature corrosion of pipe problems have become increasingly prominent, the part of the plant has been the cause of repeated bursting of water wall tube, each maintenance must be replaced by a corrosion standard wall pipe, causing great manpower, material waste, a serious threat to the safe and economic operation of power plant, power plant is causing unplanned outage is one of important factors.
 In this paper due to the high temperature corrosion of water wall of #5boiler in xindianpowerplant tube explosion of water cooled by causing, wall surface atmosphere and experiment data, analyses the reason of high temperature corrosion of water wall, and puts forward the prevention measures. Power plant combining unit maintenance, prevention of high temperature corrosion in accordance with the requirements of measures, through a series of comprehensive treatment, boiler water wall high temperature corrosion phenomenon get changing apparently. On coal-fired power plants at present coal into the furnace coal seriously deviate from the designed value, high sulphur content of the actual situation, prevention of subcritical coal boiler water wall high temperature corrosion area has a certain referential significance.
