Abstract: In the dissertation, we disclosed our research results on the adsorption and desorption of 2,4-dichlorophenol in the carbon nanotubes. In our research, we found adsorptive time, concentration of 2,4-dichlorophenol and temperature were main factors in adsorption. With the extension of adsorption, the absorptive proportion gradually increased until the maximum absorption capacity was obtained. The increasing of concentration of 2,4-dichlorophenol was in favor of the absorptive proportion. And as the temperature rising, the absorption proportion declined. We also explored desorption of 2,4-dichlorophenol in the carbon nanotubes in our research.
