The Analysis of Sale Staff Motivational System of Mary Kay China Corporation

An enterprise's development needs the staff's support. A good motivational system is important to stimulate the staff’s enthusiasm, as well as to promote the enterprise's economic fast sustained development. The motivational system utilization's quality is an important factor in deciding the enterprise’s prosperity and decline in certain degree.
This article introduces the development of sale staff motivational system. Then it introduces the Mary Kay China corporation’s general situation. It analyzes the current situation of sale staff motivational system by base pay and reward. Based on those analysis, it proposes some corresponding measurements: to complete sale staff salary system and sales system as well as sale staff welfare treatment in Mary Kay China corporation; to complete the culture of Mary Kay China corporation, and so on. The measurements are able to help Mary Kay China corporation to complete her sale staff motivational system as well as to increase the sale staff’s enthusiasm.
