Strengthen enterprise performance management and perfect of performance management system
Abstracts:Performance management is a very important component of the human resource management system. As a part of human resource management,performance management system is contacted with other systems,such as recruitment,selection,compensation,and development,and the performance management system design is a complex problem. Performance management system designing is the precondition and core of setting up human resources management system of modern enterprises.
To establish a performance management system is a new direction for the initiatives of managing performance and an important part of all management system. It is an entirely new and critical task for all the Chinese enterprises to design and establish a performance management system, which is applicable to china's practical situation and meets the needs for the enterprises to grow in today's economic globalization. Especially to some little corporations changed from state-owned enterprises,it is a juncture for the enterprise’s growth to establish a scientific performance management system based on the enterprise’s practical situation to improve its competition ability. This paper starts from the basic theory and method of performance management,and in combination with the specific performance management of A bird science and technology limited company of Beijing, makes an all-round study of the performance management system design.
