The countermeasure of attracting and retaining talents for Chang Yuan medicine industy
Abstract: With the arrival of the global economy, particularly China has joined WTO, Chinese enterprises will face more intense market competition, the core of which is talent. But many of our SMEs are short of talent from the date they set up. Coupled with a low level of management model and the outdate of talent concept and system errors, making enterprises stranded in a "talent trap." SMEs’ how to attract and retain qualified personnel is facing a severe test. How to attract talent, to prevent brain drain has become a primary problem. This article begins with the present conditions and the importance of attracting and retaining qualified personnel for Chang Yuan medicine industy limited company in Jilin . To solve the problem, the thesis is trying to establish effective mechanisms of attracting talent, for example, the method of sentiments or undertaking and cultural ways.
