长春电力公司中知识型员工流动的现状及的问题及对策研究

摘      要

 知识型员工作为掌握科学技术的人才，已经成为推动经济发展的主要动力，成为决定一个企业竞争力的关键因素。面对日益激烈的竞争环境，一个企业要生存、要发展，始终离不开高效率和高素质的知识型员工。谁能吸引人才、留住人才、用好人才，谁就能拥有市场竞争的主动权。未来经济的竞争主要是科学技术与人才的竞争，而归根结底是人才的竞争。知识型员工作为掌握科学技术的人才，是当今以及未来时代竞争的焦点。如何吸引知识型员工而避免他们的流失成为企业十分关心的问题。本文根据知识型员工所具有的各个方面的特征，针对长春电力公司中知识型员工流动的现状及存在的问题，对该公司存在的问题进行分析和研究。最后，有针对性的提出了一些对策和建议。

The causes and responses to the flow of knowledge workers

 Abstract:Knowledge workers as master science and technology personnel, have become a major engine for economic development, decided to become a critical factor for the competitiveness of enterprises. Faced with an increasingly competitive environment, a business to survive and develop, not always leave efficient and high-quality knowledge workers. Who can attract and retain qualified personnel and employing talented people who can have the initiative in market competition. In the future, competition focuses on scientifie and talents. The latter is more fundamental. As the talents with rich scientific technologies are sure to be the spotlights of  the present and future stage. Thus, how to attracl and retain these talents becomes one of the greatest concerns of corporations. All of the staff in accordance with the knowledge of the various aspects of identity, power companies against Changchun knowledge of the status and movement of staff problems, the company analyze and study problems. Furthermore puts forward some plans and suggestions accordingly.
