Abstract: Performance appraisal job can be viewed as a procedure which establishes a set of relative job target improves employees’ performance and practices in the course of working, checks the situation whether the target is completed or not in a certain circle. In recent years without reference to government facility、Private enterprises or privately-owned enterprises regards company Human Resources Management, company’s management concept is being changed and innovated, Performance appraisal as one of Human Resources Management's basic functions is more and more regarded, company clearly knows that's important to actualize scientific、effective Performance Appraisal and company's development is under the influence of Performance Appraisal.
Under the background of FAW SiHuan HuaYi Economic Trade Co.,Ltd.( HuaYi Company ) performance appraisal system and on the basics of before and after it changes system ,its thought changes at Performance appraisal and now the company's Performance appraisal ,from practical situation analyses company's Performance appraisal system to find out the right ways and short ways when company actualizes Performance appraisal and during actualizing it faces the difficulties、find out the reason. On the basis of this analyses and design the company’s Performance Appraisal , how to carry out and when it carries out how to pay attention to the problems.
