ABSTRACT
Remolded in a C6132, with the goal to control strengthening the constant tension of cotton rope in the belt production, a kind of pai ray machine control system is designed in this article, which mainly aims to satisfy the high accuracy request of pai ray machine control system in domestic at the present.
In order to solve the problems which exist in pai ray machine control,Based on several kinds of electronic devices一一一digital signal processor , inverter, magnetic-powder hitch application, several primary control sections of pai ray machine are researched firstly,including cotton ropes constant tension control, main axis speed control and platoon line spacing control, and control principle, method and realization of each control section are analyzed. The factors that are influential strengthen the constant tension of cotton rope in the pai ray machine; the design and the realization of hardware electric circuit and software algorithm in constant tension closed-loop control system are completed.
Research in this thesis will be significant to improve the belt production quality level and important to Community.
