ABSTRACT
Remolded in a C6132, with the goal to control strengthening the constant tension of wire in the coil production, a kind of winder control system is designed in this article, which mainly aims to satisfy the high accuracy request of winder control system in domestic at the present.
In order to solve the problems which exist in winder control,Based on several kinds of electronic devices--digital signal processor , inverter, magnetic-powder hitch application, several primary control sections of winder are researched firstly,including wire constant tension control, main axis speed control and platoon line spacing control, and control principle, method and realization of each control section are analyzed. The factors that are influential strengthen the constant tension of wire in the winder; the design and the realization of hardware electric circuit and software algorithm in constant tension closed-loop control system are completed.
Research in this thesis will be significant to improve the coil production quality level and important to Community.
