With the constant advance and development of technology, the performance and requirements of the material is also getting higher and higher. Al2O3/Al composites are widely used in the aerospace, aviation, automobile, electronic advanced weapons systems, and other fields due to its good capability of antioxidant in high temperature, wear high temperature, wear resistance and conducting . The hot extrusion method had been used in the paper through analysis and comparison of various forming methods of Al2O3/Al composites. This technology has good capability of rapid prototyping, high utilization of materials, effective realization of densification and increases the material’s performance. The paper had summarized the performance of Al2O3/Al composites. According to size requirments, technological paramenters requirments in the hot extrusion process, the hot extrusion mold had been designed. Then the mold had been drawn by AutoCAD software.
