This paper introduces the design process of a single-cylinder drive autolift council board. Mechanical parts of the platform include Agencies, hydraulic parts, a number of switches and locations trip switch. The agencies are composed by two cross-moving parts, the middle connecting part and chassis components, to promote the movement of platform ascending, descending by the cylinder.
During the design of the automatic lift conference table, the key question is how to achieve the stable platform when it rise and demand to keep it at the top and bottom point. At present, the common methods are hydraulic cylinder and the turbine-driven worm spiral. This paper describes the design with a single hydraulic cylinder to promote further promote the link between X-2 cross rod upper campaign. The function of keeping location is reflect by the design of the hydraulic parts, embodiment of hydraulic circuit can be designed to lock loop, Choice-valve artesian-M. This paper is divided into design of parts, hydraulic system design and the circuit design which described the processing of the autolift council board designment.
