Abstract
The application of bending parts in structure components of cars, boats and planes has grown exponentially. Profile bending plays a dominant role. All sorts of parts with irregular section are widely used in industrial manufacture . The curvature change of the part ,caused by sping-back deformation after forming, seriously affect the part quality.
This paper has discussed the design process of the machine, of machinery system and of hydraulic pressure system, the principle of which are also addressed. In the design, the feasibility and convenience of operating are mainly taken into account.
This auto-control curl bending device of great signification to improve bending machine cover completely these of curl bending process and of stretch bending profiles can reduce the elastic spring-back and improve the accuracy of bending product because the distribution of stress and strain on the profiles has been changed.
The traditional curl bending was improved and added exert tensility system in the article. It makes it better.
