Abstract
With the progress of the times, automobiles which are in the place of walking are becoming more and more..But the present garages are extremely limited, and the rate of rising cannot follow automobile's by far. Therefore, many automobiles have to park outside . When parking outdoor , the automobile is easily exposured by the sun, which leads to the hyperpyrexia in the vehicle. Now in most cases, we usually hang the automobile internal rigging window blind or directly placard thin films on the automobile interior glass against exposes to the sun. But this kind of the installment against exposing to the sun is not able to protect the exterior sunlight illumination effectively. Therefore we need a kind of installment that is fixed, simple, with reasonable structure,and can protect the sunlight illumination the automobile against to exposure to the sun effectively, achieving the goal of the vehicle protection. This paper aims at the problem. We design the cheap, simple and practical vehicle covering automobile anchors against exposes to the sun the installment by the utilization of machine design knowledge . This design has mainly utilized pro/E and the AutoCAD software 2 kind of softwares, displays the computer-aided design fully the superiority, has realized 3 kind of project design conception. Pro/E is American PTC Corporation's large-scale three dimensional CAD/CAE, CAM integration software.Pro/E is American PTC Corporation's large-scale three dimensional CAD/CAE, CAM integration software. Pro/E is famous for the base on characteristic parametrization under a single database of all relevence, which has the very strong solid modeling and hypothesized assembly ability. This has brought a great convenience for this design to solve actual problems.
