Abstract
In the modern manufacturing industry, the assembly time accounted for 40% ~ 60% of manufacturing time, the workload of assembly accounted for 20%~70% in all the workload of the entire product manufacturing. In order to improve production efficiency, therefore, developed for the whole auto-assembly on the assembly machine is necessary. In recent years, reliability and high accuracy using the programmable logic controller (PLC) as an assembly machine control equipment, simplified the lines, and improve the reliability and accuracy of system. In order to control the installation of PLC and other auxiliary equipment, the control cabinet came into being. Birth of the control cabinet, not only facilitates the installation of control equipment, at the same time simplifying the circuit design, provided for the convenience of maintenance.
In this paper, automatic assembly machines for the control cabinet of the specific application requirements, design the layout of its components, arrangements in accordance with a reasonable layout alignment. This paper is the structure around the control cabinet and the electrical design aspects, the course content includes the following two aspects: control cabinet structure design and electrical design. First of all, the cabinets design, That is, the structural design of control cabinet It includes the determination of family size, frame stiffness of the strength design, cabinet appearance, color theory and application of ergonomics and so on. Secondly, the interior design of control cabinet. It includes the size options, installation of electrical component layout, alignment and round inside, ventilation cooling, as well as a number of other aided design, at the same time, analysis their installed lines in order to isolate the heavy current and light current, anti-jamming and so on. Throughout the design process are involved in knowledge of electronic technology, content analysis of coverage of the circuit, circuit layout, electronic components and its application specific functional requirements.
