Abstract
This paper describes the design and implementation of elastic curve determination of leaf spring. This test board can be used in the students’ experiment and the test in the manufacture of leaf spring, in order to make students understand the theory of automotive suspension better, and to achieve the determination of elastic curve. Through the study of the leaf spring, hydraulic technology is used to control and regulate the load acts on the spring. Select the appropriate testing technology, including sensors and data processing system, to monitor the changes of the spring in this experiment, and obtain the elastic curve. The technology of machine design connects each part as the whole test board. This test board is a simulation of automotive suspension, and then the elastic curve can be obtained correctly. It shows the application of hydraulic technology, testing technology and machine design in the engineering test. It also builds the students’ capacity of data processing with computer.
