Abstract
Socialist construction and people's power is indispensable life energy. Power industry in the national economy plays an important role. Power system is the important energy sector, while the substation design is essential for the power industry building a project. The overall design of a factory plant 35KV substation, a high concentration of production machinery, equipment, large power consumption, higher demands on power supply, power supply interruptions will reduce yields and quality down, bring greater economic losses. To avoid accidents, ensure smooth production, must be used such as: electric shock, overload, over-current protection and lightning and a series of technical measures and corresponding management system to ensure supply security. Through the design of the original data, all plant load calculation, select the appropriate number and capacity of main transformers to determine the specific power supply system. This design introduces a general step-down substation 35KV metallurgical plant design. On the main connection of choice, high-voltage equipment selection, load calculations, short circuit current calculation, the choice of a variety of relay setting calculation and description of all posted in detail.
