奇瑞车后门槛饰板单型腔注塑模设计

摘  要
 
 塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一，而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类，研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。本文主要介绍了塑料注射模设计的方法及其过程。首先，介绍了塑料注射模设计与制造在社会发展过程中所处的地位及其作用，并对塑料制品(奇瑞车后门槛饰板)的结构进行了分析，然后介绍了塑料注射模具的具体设计过程。具体设计内容包括：注射机型号的选择、型腔数和分型面的确定、成型零部件的设计、脱模机构设计、浇注系统、冷却系统等。此外，还对塑料注射模其他零部件进行了简单的设计。通过查阅相关资料、方案论证完成了本模具机构的综合设计，达到了设计任务书提出的性能指标要求，论文最后阐述了此次设计的心得体会。

Abstract
 
 Plastic industry in the world today is one of the fastest growing industrial categories, however injection mould is one of the most rapid developing type, study to understand the plastic injection mold production process and improve product quality has great significance. This paper mainly introduces the method and the  process of the injecting mold designing. First, It has introduced the position and function in the developing society of the plastic injecting mold’s making and designing, and analysied the structure of the plastic product (Chery cars threshold plaque). Next introduces the design of injection mould for plastic. Concrete design contents include: The injecting machine was chosen according to the product’s weight,the face was chosen according to the structure of the plastics and the molding parts design,the demoulding mechanism design, gating system and cooling system, etc. In addition, but also in other parts of plastic injection mould for the simple design. Through consulting relevant material, project argumetntation completed the mold design , reached the design plan descriptions of the performance requirements. This paper expounds the design of final experiences.
