Abstract: Food protection plan is a summary of means and programs to ensure food safety during production and supply. Through evaluating food protection and implementing food protection etc, the plan can minimize risks of intentional pollution and sabotage. HACCP is a internationally receptive preventative management control system to ensure food safety by common consent, which identify, assess, and control significant detriment to food security. In hope to provide a valuable reference for the bran-new HACCP system, this paper discussed four aspects: the necessity of establish HACCP system with food protection function, the food protection and HACCP system application status in food enterprises, establishing methods and procedures for protection-enabled HACCP system, and the notable problems during the process.
