Abstract:This article has analyzed Chongqing Jiangbei District education unreasonable service question manifestation and forms the reason, its reason mainly includes the school thought not straight, the educational expenditure investment insufficiency and the educational resources disposition is unbalanced, the education charge system and the supervising mechanism are not perfect; Proposed Chongqing Jiangbei District education unreasonable service's government countermeasure, namely guaranteed the government to the education financial investment, the moderate balanced educational resources disposition, the perfect education charge movement system and the supervisory mechanism, enlarges to educates the unreasonable service investigation dynamics.
